    The health benefits of heat exposure and cold water immersion are well documented. We offer the chance to embrace this with our wood-fired sauna tent and optional cold water dips.

  • Homemade clays and scrubs on a plate

    Salts and herbal scrubs

    Designed in conjunction with our expert Herbalist, we use salts, scrubs and topical oils to support the health benefits of the session.

    This ritual, steeped in Latvian tradition and culture offers a unique connection with the forest, combining sauna heat, water and body treatment with leaves.

    All sessions promote connection with nature . This includes Latvian whisking, natural essential oils and stunning natural surroundings.

    Nutrition is an integral part of wellbeing and our expert nutritionist will provide offerings which supports the experience.

As a Medical Doctor and Nutritionist we have had extensive education in health provision.

We appreciate that the quality of service is reflected by certified training and therefore we have trained and collaborated with leading experts in wellbeing in order to deliver an authentic experience.

Our vision is to support reconnection through our 6 Pillars of Wellbeing, which are based on scientific research and cultural tradition.

This means our services are more effective in achieving their purpose.

Currently, our sauna services and pilates classes are predominantly based at Innerbloom Fitness - Golding Barn Raceway, Henfield Road, Small Dole, West Sussex. BN5 9XH
