Pilates 1-1 sessions are great for those who would like a more bespoke experience that focuses on their own goals. The sessions are matwork based using both bodyweight and equipment and will be designed to support your needs. This might include improving posture, increasing mobility, correcting movement patterns, strengthening and toning.
Sessions run for 45 minutes and can be purchased individually or as a block. Please email us if you would like to arrange this.
